AWE, the precision engineering firm based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has announced the release of its new AWE Exhaust Suite for the Ford Ranger Raptor — a 50-state emissions-compliant, dual 3” catback engineered to match the truck’s off-road credentials without giving up factory refinement.
“The Ranger Raptor is built to take a beating, so we built an exhaust that can take one too. BashGuard™ gives you thick reinforced stainless rock rings right where the trail hits hardest, and we engineered the system to crawl. . .or jump, with best-in-class, factory-crushing clearance on even the most aggressive departure angles. An equal-length looped front pipe and a tailored X-pipe smooth the EcoBoost motor of rasp while providing a signature AWE soundtrack unlike anything out there, and the driver decides when they want to hear it via the factory controls or their right foot,” said Josh Davis, Creative Director at AWE.
Handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065”-wall T304L stainless steel, SwitchPath™ deploys OE, tier 1 valving to ensure 100% factory operation via the factory drive modes and throttle input. Drivers will have the choice between BashGuards or signature 5" double-walled, straight-cut tips in either Chrome Silver or Diamond Black.
