Order Acceptance: An order placed is binding on the Customer. AWE reserves the right to decline any order.
Information Validity: Information provided in response to online queries is valid only at the actual time the query is submitted and may change before delivery.
Order Limits: Orders exceeding a Customer's credit limits or quantity restrictions will be automatically rejected.
Communications: AWE may send information regarding your orders/vehicle via email; the Customer may opt out of these communications at any time.
Adjusted Delivery Time: AWE aims for expeditious delivery but reserves the right to adjust the delivery time for any part of an order.
Cancellation due to Delay: If you do not wish to complete a purchase because of an adjusted delivery time, you may cancel the delayed part of the order. This right to cancel is the only and exclusive remedy for delays.
In-Transit Products: If products are already in transit, the Customer is responsible for returning the product, including all shipping costs, to AWE prior to receiving a refund.
Damage or Loss: All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves AWE. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility passes to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). In case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier.
Returns Requirement: Do not return any items to AWE without prior notification.
AWE Shipping Insurance: If you've opted into AWE Shipping Insurance (AWE Shipping Protection at checkout), contact us at https://awe-tuning.com/pages/support and select “Shipping Issue Claim” for any issues. AWE Shipping Insurance is voided if you have opted out of signature required shipping.
Special Order Products: Special Order products are not eligible for return. These are indicated as such on the AWE web page.
Eligible Returns: Customers can return non-Special-Order products in accordance with AWE's Warranties and Returns policies on this page.

AWE accepts payment through the Site via:
Credit Cards and Methods: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Invoicing: AWE may accept open account invoicing for qualified Customers upon credit approval.
Delivery conditions are contingent upon causes beyond AWE’s control, including but not limited to inability to acquire materials, acts of God, war, strikes, governmental regulations, or inability to obtain shipping or transportation.
AWE’S obligations are subject to cancellation and/or rescission by AWE at our option.
Risk of loss of products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Sales taxes, use taxes, or similar taxes will be added where imposed. Prices and product status are subject to change without notice.
Products purchased through authorized dealers or distributors are their property. All issues arising from these products, including customer support, returns, or warranty claims, must be handled directly with the dealer or distributor. A list of authorized distributors can be found on our Site.
