AWE RELEASES HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED EXHAUST SUITE FOR THE BMW G9X M5

AWE, the precision engineering firm based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has announced the release of its new exhaust suite for the BMW G9X M5, available for both the G90 Sedan and G99 Touring.

"We spent serious time on the tone profile, getting the H-pipe geometry right so both editions deliver that deep, rich, rasp-free tone out of the S68. The result is two distinct personalities: the Touring Edition for drivers who live with this car every day, and the Track Edition for those who want every last decibel on demand. Either way, you're getting the best exhaust the G9X M5 has ever had.”
AWE engineers built the system around a bespoke H-pipe, pairing it with dual 3" and 2.5" U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065" wall T304L stainless steel construction for a clean, straight-through design that maximizes flow without compromise. The Touring Edition incorporates AWE's patented 180 Technology® to eliminate drone completely, while the Track Edition sheds an additional 10.5 lbs for a total weight savings of 29.5 lbs over stock. Machined flanges ensure optimal gasket fitment, ball and socket joints guarantee perfect tip fitment in the valance and make installation straightforward, and maximum clearance is maintained for all OE chassis bracing and splash guards throughout.
