Our B8 A4 2.0T Exhaust systems are designed to address areas where the OE exhaust falls short for the enthusiast: flow, sound and appearance.

Our exhausts have earned praise from owners and the press alike, due to their unique "Jekyll and Hyde" personality. We spend considerable time and effort during development to achieve remarkable civility when idling and at part throttle cruising, while also producing a war-cry wail when full throttle is applied. Our exhausts are like bespoke suits: each is hand made utilizing only the finest casing and packing materials, and they command respect without calling unwanted attention to themselves. Sophisticated, refined, and powerful, all at once.

The stock exhaust system is full of crimped tubing that hurts exhaust flow and robs horsepower. Our exhaust was designed using sophisticated CAD modeling software to produce smooth gradual bends and to eliminate any interruption to the flow of exhaust gasses. Our improvements to the exhaust path resulted in gains of +8-9 horsepower and +6-7 lb ft of torque at the crank.

Replacing the large, restrictive factory mufflers also has a pleasing effect on the engine note. Our exhaust systems give the 2.0T a civilized, more melodious voice worthy of a German sports sedan. Specific attention was paid to part throttle, low rpm situations. There is no drone with this system.

Our system comes in three variations: Single Outlet, Dual Outlet and Quad Tip. Single Outlet exhaust systems will fit all sedans with the stock bumper valance in place. The Dual Outlet exhaust system is compatible with all avants (S-Line and non S-Line) as well as any sedan with the avant rear valance in place. Our Quad Tip exhaust system will fit all S-line cars with a B8 S4 rear valance fitted. Each variation of our B8 A4 Exhaust comes equipped with gorgeous bevel edged exhaust tips; 3.15" for Single Outlet and Quad Tip systems and 3.5" for Dual Outlet systems; featuring engraved A.W.E. Tuning logo. These tips are double walled to ensure a mirror finish even under hard usage. Select the classic Polished Silver finish or the luscious Diamond Black to help your car stand out from the pack. Each tip is individually adjustable, so stagger and depth into bumper can be set according to personal taste.

For the enthusiast interested in a more aggressive sound, we offer our B8 A4 2.0T downpipe. Testing showed no power increase adding the downpipe since the stock downpipe uses a straight resonator and is already free flowing. Our downpipe will increase sound volume, while adding a slightly deeper tone. It will mate to our exhaust system or any other exhaust designed to work with the stock downpipe.
